Florida-based consultant firm US Immigration Fund (USIF) has announced the launch of its operations in India. USIF believes that India will be a significant country for EB-5 (Employment Based Fifth Preference) investors considering the vast demography with a large middle and upper class who are highly educated and experienced.
The US Immigration Fund provides opportunities for Indian investors along with their families to obtain permanent US residency through the EB-5 Visa Program where applicants have to invest minimum $5, 00,000 to migrate to the US. The funds are majorly invested in real estate, construction and other sectors to create jobs and provided to the developer with two and four year extensions.
EB-5 visa is expensive but preferred route for Indian investors looking to gain permanent residency in the US. It can provide for a good substitute for rich Indians after the cut down in the H-1B visa. USIF is the one of the largest EB-5 fund raiser in the world, having funded 24 projects worth $15 billion in development and $3.2 billion in EB-5 funds through 6,400 investors. The company helps investors with the finances to steer through the immigration process to obtain their permanent residency.
"We've experienced extraordinary growth and change here at US Immigration Fund, thanks largely to our continued commitment to strong partnerships with world-renowned developers, international immigration agents, attorneys and recognizing the trust of our investor above all else," said Nicholas Mastroianni II, CEO and President of USIF.

India is one of the largest countries applying for US immigration. USIF believes India has the ability to be as productive equivalent to China. USIF India has it's headquarter in New Delhi and the company believes India could become the next largest user of the EB-5 category in a year or so with proper education and marketing channels.
