UNGA Summit: PM Modi Met Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen

Apart from Narayen, PM Modi also held one-on-one meetings with CEOs of Qualcomm, First Solar, General Atomics, and Blackstone.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Thursday, initiated his engagements in the United States (US) by meeting with leading American Chief Executive Officers (EOs) from several key sectors. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Shantanu Narayen, President, and CEO of Adobe in the US.

PM Modi and Narayen discussed Adobe’s ongoing collaboration and future investment plans in India. Apart from that, they both also talked about India's flagship programme Digital India, and the use of emerging technologies in sectors like health, education, and R&D.

Sharing the information, the Prime Minister Office (PMO) took to Twitter and wrote, "Mr. Shantanu Narayen, Chairman, President, and CEO of Adobe met PM Narendra Modi. Discussions focussed on leveraging technology to provide smart education to youngsters and enhance research. They also discussed the vibrant start-up sector in India, powered by the Indian youth."




Apart from Narayen, PM Modi also held one-on-one meetings with CEOs of Qualcomm, First Solar, General Atomics, and Blackstone. 

Modi is also going to meet US Vice President Kamala Harris. This would be their first-ever in-person meeting. He is also scheduled to have two bilateral meetings with Scott Morrison, his counterpart from Australia, and Yoshihide Suga from Japan

Prime Minister Narendra Modi landed in Washington DC earlier today. At the airport, he also met the people from the Indian diaspora living in America.
