An associate of "All Ladies League", the "Women Economic Forum" (WEF), a six-day global conference with a theme of "Women: Creating, Innovating, Understanding and Driving the Future" has started on Monday (8th May) in Delhi at Pullman Hotel, New Delhi and will continue till 13 May 2017.

In the session of 'The 3T's of Entrepreneurship & Why They Matter the Most', Chandni Dassani - Entrepreneur, Founder and CEO at Etasaa (a home decor and lifestyle brand), shared her views and insights about entrepreneurship and what factors are necessary for running a business successfully.

She said, "Entrepreneurs are game-changers, but knowing when to intelligently take risks and when to step back is key to scaling your success. You really can't run a successful business if you haven't learnt from your failures, mistakes and growth! There ought to be 3T's in your journey that will ensure that your endeavours succeed. They are Trends, Talent & Team and without them you're nothing."

The trend is 'what will come tomorrow' and solve the actual problem of people. Talent is the skill that someone naturally has to do something. It is an ability that someone is born with. And the team is a group of players who come together to achieve a common goal.

If you don't have good people, you can't do good things. So invest in good people, not in good things, added Chandni.

She also highlighted that timing is an important factor in entrepreneurship. If you have 3T's but time is not right for your business, you will fail. Entrepreneurship is about to behaving at a right time.

She further added that 'don't go without a plan, do a proper market research, make a proper plan, think about a right time, then launch your idea with a great enthusiasm. You should be very positive to reach a certain level. Your vision and mission should be very clear. If your plan one is not working then rethink and find out different ways to make that happen.

At the end, she asked everyone about the factors necessary for entrepreneurship and everyone shared their own ideas and success stories that made them feel proud.

The Product Line Of Etasaa
Founded in September 2016, Gurgaon-based Etasaa is a home decor and lifestyle brand which strives to create alluring products inspired by various forms of art, nature and design from all over the world, to make your daily living extraordinary.

Chandni Dassani (Co-founder, Etasaa) is having a background in business and fashion so she decided to start her own home decor and lifestyle brand. The venture is providing home decor lifestyle products in 20 categories including Home Furnishing, Kitchen & Dining, Rugs & Carpets, Home Decorative's, Bed & Bath Decor Products, Furniture, Home Styling Service, Gifting & many more. The startup is planning to launch its website in June and also looking at expanding its product categories. It also has a Studio in Gurgaon where people can see and feel about their home decor solutions.

It is also providing decor rental services to people where people can rent out a certain look of the house or a table & more for one day, two days or three days. The startup claims that it is the first mover in decor rental space and this is how the venture is differentiating itself. The rental decor segment is only restricted to Delhi/NCR because they don't have any inventory base outside and rest of the service like styling & products, they are offering everywhere in India.

The startup is bootstrapped so far. If their idea works, they will think about raising the first round of funding. In the next 5 years, the startup plans to have its outlet in 6-7 major cities like Calcutta, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Bombay & Chandigarh. Also, they planning to do collaboration internationally and wanted to be present in different parts of the world.
