Tin slips on subdued demand

Mumbai, Mar 13 (PTI) Tin, brass, aluminium and select copper prices slipped at the non-ferrous metal market here on stockists' selling amid subdued demand from alloy industries.

Tin fell by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,455 from Monday's closing level of Rs 1,460.

Copper armiture declined by Rs 3 per kg to Rs 439 from Rs 442.

Brass sheet cutting, aluminium ingots and aluminium utensils moved down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 346, Rs 155 and Rs 120 as against Rs 348, Rs 157 and Rs 122, respectively.

Copper utensils scrap, copper sheet cutting, brass utensil scrap softened by a Re per kg each to Rs 414, Rs 435 and Rs 335, respectively. PTI
