Swedish Firm Otivr Connects Indian IT SMEs To International Markets

With a firm footing in Europe and the Nordic region, Otivr, a Swedish technology start-up, is fast helping transform the Indian IT outsourcing business. With the rapid increase in innovation and business, demand for manpower has also increased leading to manpower crunch in Nordics and Europe, he says. This has led to huge outsourcing opportunities to be tapped.

A report titled ‘Sweden a key driver of Nordic ICT growth’ published by industry body NASSCOM notes that Sweden is identified as the country with 40 per cent (USD 23 billion in 2016-17) of the total share of the Nordic IT spend. The opportunities to tap with global technology giants being from Sweden is immense for the Indian businesses looking at expansion in the Nordics. India has huge potential to offer high-quality resources. Otivr has strong local representation in countries like Sweden and Denmark with its front-end sales offices.
