Almost nothing great has ever been achieved without passion. Passion is instinctive; it’s what you naturally want to do and achieve. With passion, we can create amazing things, offer true value, help others, and stay happy, productive and successful. When you identify your passion and align it with whatever you’re doing, a magical synergy happens that will effortlessly carry you to rarefied heights. Yes, working on something you have passion for can be very rewarding! “You don’t have to be an expert. You don’t even have to know much about your topic. You just have to be enthusiastic about it. I, too, was passionate about machines and automotive equipments. And it is this passion that led me to start my entrepreneurial journey in 1990 with a small auto workshop in Lucknow,” says Bhavnish Mehdiratta, CEO and MD of Beekay Group.

At the age of 22, Mehdiratta decided on a business venture, which was altogether different from the family-owned business of detergent manufacturers.

“It takes a lot of courage, hard work, passion and defined entrepreneurial skills to achieve peaks of success in life,” he says. “Our commitment to achieve quality repairs and service efficiency in the automobile sector makes us the best authorised workshop of Eicher Motors Limited in north India, and has helped us win awards and accolades over many years.” Today, Beekay Group is one of the largest, highly organised and most innovative automotive parts distribution house having business associates in Vecv, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Maruti, Shell, Royal Enfield, Goodyear and Exide. A diligent and passionate entrepreneur, Mehdiratta started his Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) journey with the Uttar Pradesh Chapter in July of 2015. “I am fortunate to follow my passions and meet compatible people who are successful in their fields. This global organisation offers a protected environment to its fellow members. It is a great networking platform for likeminded people.

EO’s journey is more interesting and challenging with every passing day. The forum platform and interactive learning sessions are the best sessions to attend, as the members generate a majority of discussions and knowledge sharing within the group,” he adds.
