Spread Over 100,000 Sq Feet, Plus Offices Launches Its Second Phase Of Coworking Facility In Gurgaon

After angel funding of 2 million USD in 2018, aims to raise another 5-10 million USD by 2020. Announces launch of ‘Mentor Plus’ program with 100+ global mentors on board

Plus Offices, one of the fastest growing players in the Indian coworking space, has launched its second phase of in the Sector 67 facility in Gurgaon which is now open for coworking and customized workplace solutions specially tailored for SMBs and growth bound startups.  Spread over a massive 100,000 square feet space in Gurgaon’s sector 67, this coworking space provides not just state of the art infrastructure but also gives access to 100+ global mentors through its ‘Mentor Plus’ program.

The first facility by Plus Offices was launched 2018 in sector 44 which currently hosts around 800 coworkers that includes 20+ Startups and 5 SMBs such as Mercer Mettl, Cars24 and Unicommerce. 

The second facility by Plus Offices at sector 67 in the current phase 1, host about 300 coworkers that include around 100 startups. The second phase of the facility is now opening for customized and managed workplaces options for growth startups and SMBs. The second phase can easily accommodate around 1500 coworkers and around 200+ startups and early-stage companies.

Plus offices has so far raised 2 Million USD from angel investors and is looking to raise another 5-10 million USD by 2020 to be fueled into growth planning and expansion into new regions in India. Plus offices also shares alliance with angel investors Anil Kumar and Amit Mavi for strategic real estate partnerships.

Further, to help startups reach the next level of acceleration, Plus Offices has launched its Mentor Plus program to connect global & regional mentors with the coworkers at Plus Offices help startups and SMEs. Some of the mentors associated with this program include global leaders and CXOs such as Sonal Agarwal Bali, Minal Srivastava,  Dr. Anuraag Guglani Umesh Rao, Kaushik Chakraborty and  Saurabh Chaturvedi.

Talking about the launch of new facility and Mentor Plus program, Ravi Kikan, Chief Operating Officer, Plus offices said, “At Plus Offices, it is constant endeavor to be the one-stop solution for startups and SMEs; not just for their workspace requirements but also for strategic growth. Therefore, we are elated to announce our expansion through the launch of our second facility in Gurgaon and our ‘Mentor Plus’ program to help these growing brands with the strategic direction required for their growth. With our seamless operations, the current Revenue Run rate will touch around 1 Million USD by the next quarter end”.

He further explained Plus Offices’ growth vision saying, “Plus Offices will be looking at both monetary and strategic investments in the next 2 years. This would mean they we would welcome strategic partnerships from landlords who are planning to run coworking in their assets across any cities and are willing to work with Plus Offices as an operating partner. The plan is to have around 15 working centers with 20,000 Coworkers operating out of Plus offices by the end of 2020”.

Plus Offices is one of the fastest growing coworking spaces in Gurgaon with a focus on the strategic growth of startups and SMEs through its innovative programs. Launched in 2018, it currently has two centers in Gurgaon with an overall space of 180,000 square feet. The coworking brand has so far raised a seed funding of around 2 million USD and is looking to raise another 5-10 million USD by 2020.
