Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship announced the launch of 'Kaushal Yuva Samwaad' aimed at creating an open dialogue with the youth.

The journey for an aspiring entrepreneur is no cakewalk; it requires a bountiful of endurance, and perseverance. The same went for Laksh Bucha – the 16 year old founder of Growthxo, which specializes in unique digital excellence that includes SEO and PR strategies.

Before Bucha founded Growthxo in 2018, the journey for him was full of its own long list of do’s and don’ts.

Success comes in many ways. It’s not just about one’s financials that how much digits are into his account rather the truth is way far from this.
The reputation you build in a society, the name you earn, your positive and loyal image and many such aspects along with the money you earn are a part of making you successful be it any domain on professional or personal front.

But on the front of an entrepreneur to be more specific there comes a long list of dos and don’ts that should be very well considered and realized in order to go a long way in the journey of entrepreneurship.

Here’s a quick look on some major fronts from where every aspiring entrepreneur must go through just as this young entrepreneur did:

 Face your Fears
Overcoming fear isn’t easy, but it must be done. As Franklin D. Roosevelt said “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” Bucha, being a virtuoso in business from an early age, was always a center of bullies and torments by his own classmates. However, this never led him to stop pursuing his dreams.

Nothing will be served to you, you have to earn success. Once you have no fear, now leave no stones unturned, put in all your effort, intelligence and have lots of courage because it’s never always a smooth sailing. Proper planning towards right direction and not letting your horizon fade is must.

Find Good People
Reid Hoffman, co-founder of LinkedIn, noted that the fastest way to change yourself is to hang out with people who are already the way you want to be. For Bucha, it was always Souvik Rooj, his colleague and furthermore his closest companion who bolstered him through various challenges and makes his idea turn into reality.

Believe in Yourself
Nothing will last for long, if you don’t have faith in your own idea and in yourself. South Korean Singer-Songwriter once stated “You have to believe in yourself, challenge yourself, and push yourself until the very end; that's the only way you'll succeed.” Bucha and Rooj’s efforts didn't work in the initial days. Even Rooj proceeded onward in various ventures to survive his livelihood; however this didn't prevent Bucha from envisioning and he was continued doing his careful research about investor and business thoughts.

Do the Time
No one succeeds immediately, and everyone was once a beginner. As Steve Jobs wisely noted, “If you look closely, most overnight successes took a long time.” Don’t be afraid to invest time in your company.

Learn from Mistakes
This can be summarized in John Dewey’s words “Failure is instructive. The person who really thinks learns quite as much from his failures as from his successes.”

Always Be Receptive to Opportunities

It is very important to keep your eyes and ears open to opportunities that might come your way in an expected manner. It is very well said, “Nothing is More Expensive than a Missed Opportunity” so learn to grab them and adopt yourself to becoming ‘yes people’ and be the magnet that attracts opportunities.

Considering for a Swot Analysis of your business can be advantageous as this would help make you out your business’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
