The Grand Design by Stephen Hawkins. My key take away is that man is a function of planned evolution; it is no accident.

The one book all leaders... and why?
Goal: The Ball Doesn't Go In By Chance: Management Ideas from the World of Football by Ferran Soriano. It not only gives fantastic insights at building winning teams, but also at how you can destroy them.

One book everyone in your sector should pick up... and why?
Delivering Happiness by Tony Hsieh, because it will convince you that people enjoy buying shoes online.

What kind of books would you normally buy while travelling?
Novels such as Memoirs Of A Geisha by Arthur Golden, A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini.

Have you written any books? If not, do you plan to write in future?
I have never written a book, but would love the opportunity to do so. I am really fascinated with the topic of food, and would like to write about a man's journey in life through food from around the world.

I grew up with Asterix, Tintin, Hardy Boys, The Lord of The Rings and any book that was adventure driven.I also read National Geographic a lot.

I generally shop at, and Crossword bookstores.

Have your reading habits changed in the past four or five years? If so, how....
Not much, I have been very consistent with how much I read: approximately 4 to 5 books every six months.

One book you cherish that you received as a gift... and who gave it to you.
Schindler's Ark by Thomas Keneally, hands down.
