Regional Agency With National Ambitions

Over a span of seven years, Zero Gravity has worked for more than 150 regional as well as national clients with a digital first approach.

Zero Gravity Communications, an inclusive full-service agency based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, was founded in 2014 by Khushboo Solanki Sharma. What started with a team of two is now the fastest-growing independent regional agency and has more than 50 employees working towards offering end-to-end services, including social media marketing, brand design, advertising, digital marketing, content generation, brand consultation and more. 

In 2020, they became the first agency in Gujarat to become a Facebook Marketing Partner. This opened several avenues for them and expanded their clientele. Over a span of seven years, Zero Gravity has worked for more than 150 regional as well as national clients with a digital first approach. 

However, Sharma faced her own set of challenges, especially in the business climate of Gujarat, “During the inception of Zero Gravity, our biggest challenge was to make a market like Gujarat realise the importance of the digital world. Most of the brands in Gujarat were content with traditional forms of advertising. With sheer perseverance and determination, we started building trust amongst these brands. We raised awareness about the merits of digital media and established ourselves as one of the strongest agencies with a digital first approach. Another major challenge was to attract the right kind of talent that I could trust.” 

In addition, there are many milestones an entrepreneur has to achieve within themselves. One of the biggest challenges for Sharma has been battling self-discipline. Juggling between being an entrepreneur, a wife, a mother and several other roles makes it difficult to maintain a regimented routine. The solution was in planning the day better and adhering to the schedule and goals she created for herself.

The strong work ethic of Zero Gravity is reflected in the results they produce for their clients. Describing one of their most impactful projects till date, Sharma says, “One of the clients that has disrupted and aided growth for us is Goyal & Co. Being a legacy real estate brand from Ahmedabad, we made a dominant digital presence for the company and disrupted the real estate market in the digital spectre. Our project — Invest Right, Invest with Goyal — was a tremendous success in terms of sales as well as recognition.” This project garnered 3 million impressions, engagement of 1.5 million, and 96 per cent of full video view. 

The eventual goal of the brand is to develop into a national-level agency. They work with the mindset of putting the brand first, and they wish to unlock the true potential of a brand, create innovative marketing content, and provide best-in-class servicing by leveraging the creative and analytical strength of their team. Their immensely varied industry knowledge and no compromise on work output quality add value to their customers’ business goals.
