Whom do we blame modern technology for encouraging gate-crashers or the desire to reach the top at all costs?

I am shocked at the way the fashion business is progressing in the country.
Why what has happened?
You must have heard of party gate-crashers?
Yes, that is very common everywhere when people want to mingle with celebrities and are not invited to high society parties, they gate crash them.
Correct, there are of course many gate-crashers at fashion shows and fashion after parties, but now there are gate-crashers in the fashion industry.
Please explain I don't understand this concept.
Well, recently at a fashion week held in the North Pole the organisers were surprised to see 5 male and female models on the ramp for every show, they had not selected at the model auditions.
Really how is that possible? Don't they have a list of the models?
Apparently not but there was more!
Now don't tell me there were more gate-crashers?
There were. The organisers discovered there was a choreographer directing the shows that they had not hired.
My goodness this is really crazy. How can this be allowed?
If you think this is bad there is still more!
Oh no what more can there be?
Backstage there was a team of makeup and hair stylists who had not been hired by the organisers and they were doing the makeup and hair for the models and taking photos and selfies to prove their presence at the fashion week.
Now this is getting out of hand.
Yes, but when you hear about this gate crasher you will be totally shocked
Who is that?
One of the designers was not in the schedule of the fashion week but the collection appeared on the ramp along with the two other designers since it was a group designer show.
Oh my goodness then what happened?
The craziest thing happened. The media loved the collection of the gate-crasher designer and splashed it in the media on the front page the next day and completely ignored the other two designers.
This is unbelievable!
Even the PR agency of the fashion week in the follow-up post show release highlighted the gate-crasher designer's collection calling it the best on the ramp.
This is ridiculous didn't the organisers and the PR agency know who the designers in the show were?
They did but each one thought this was a surprise designer entry.
I agree the fashion business is in the pits and this is happening because of intense competition and the need to be recognised come what may but this is going too far.
Yes today being in the limelight is the goal of every boy and girl and they are willing to do anything to achieve this.
What a sad state of affairs the fashion industry is now.
Yes, and with the cell phone selfies as proof, the organisers are in a mess when they try to say they didn't hire these gate-crashers.
Now whom do we blame modern technology for encouraging gate-crashers or the desire to reach the top at all costs?
