Public App Survey: 57.29% Indians Are Not Happy With The Relaxed Norms

More than 2.5 lakh people from 300+ districts participated in the survey, giving their opinion on how they are adjusting with the extended lockdown.

As per the survey conducted on the Public, a location-based homegrown social app, 57.29% of people said that they are not happy with the relaxation imposed by the government in the fourth phase of nationwide lockdown. 

86.82% even said that they are not going out for dining, socializing or travel purposes, after completion of the third phase of lockdown. More than 2.5 lakh people from 300+ districts participated in the survey, giving their opinion on how they are adjusting with the extended lockdown.

With the relaxation announced by Prime minister Narendra Modi for the fourth phase of nationwide lockdown, only 13.18% claimed that they are going out for dining, socializing with their friends or traveling. 

Additionally, 48.87% feared that India is yet to control the spread of coronavirus. With the increasing number of cases on a daily basis, 11% of people estimated that the number of active COVID-19 cases will be more than 5 lakh.
