What are you reading at the moment? What did you recently finish reading? What have you learnt from it?
Currently I am reading John Grisham's Only Time Will Tell  and The Game Changer: How You Can Drive Revenue and Profit Growth with Innovation by A.G. Lafley and Ram Charan.I recently finished reading Nelson Mandela's Long Walk To Freedom. The book truly inspired me as it illustrates the true qualities of a leader who breaks new grounds and never compromises on his beliefs and values.

The one book all leaders must read... and why?
Jim Collins' Good To Great which talks about how a number of good companies became great firms, and how they went about doing so.

One book everyone in your sector should pick up... and why?
First Break All The Rules by Marcus Buckingham since it is a good book on hiring and managing people

What kind of books would you normally buy while travelling?
I mostly buy works of fiction by current favourite various Indian authors such as Vikram Seth, Rohinton Mistry, Amitav Ghosh, Shashi Tharoor among others.

Have you written any books? If not, do you plan to write in future?
I do not have any plans in this regard on my agenda, as of now.

The books you grew up with? What did you like most about it?
I read TinTin, Phantom, Amar Chitra Kathas (bound them and treasure them to date) and loved reading Hardy Boys

Your book shelf consists of....
Books ranging from fiction to non-fiction, biographies to autobiographies, from the first edition of Marcel Proust's In Search Of Lost Time to Sarita Mandanna's Tiger Hills can be found on my shelves.

Where do you shop for books?
Crossword and Reliance Timeout are my usual favourites, so are some old Bangalore landmark stores like Blossom where you can source some rare books.

Have your reading habits changed in the past four or five years? If so, how....
I earlier used to read mostly business books, but now seem to enjoy more of fiction during my travel.

One book you cherish that you received as a gift... and who gave it to you
Tuesdays With Morrie by Mitch Albom, this was given to me by my sister.
