M3M Group Delivers Two New Projects With Total Sales Value Of Rs 900 Cr

Leading real estate developer from Gurgaon, the M3M Group says it has delivered two projects worth Rs 900 crore. These are M3M Urbana Retail, and M3M One Key Resiments in sector 67, Gurugram

M3M Group said on July 8, 2020 that it has delivered two of its projects, M3M Urbana Retail, and M3M One Key Resiments, with a total sales value of Rs 900 crores located at sector 67, Golf course extension road, Gurugram.

"This announcement is a testament to the focused approach and timely delivery by the company amidst tough times wherein several real estate projects have been hit hard due to the pandemic," it said in a statement.

Pankaj Bansal, Director, M3M Group said on the occasion, “We at M3M India are committed to the timely delivery of our projects and the company is on a fast growth track, undeterred by the pandemic. Standing by our commitment, we are proud to state that two of our commercial projects have been delivered this month and are 100% sold.”

M3M One Key Resiments offers 170 managed studio apartments providing an uber lifestyle. It has both one and two-bedroom apartments, priced at INR 13,700 per sq ft. During the pandemic, there has been a rising demand for work from home units and One Key Resiments are ideal for homebuyers looking for the same. Soon the company will be announcing the tie-up with a five-star brand that will manage these studio apartments.

M3M Urbana Retail already houses prominent brands including HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and several f&b and retail outlets.

These two projects are part of the sprawling 17-acre master development, M3M Urbana. The complex also comprises of a Leed Gold certified, Business Park for large corporate houses and Urbana Premium office spaces for aspirational brands.

Both the projects are situated at an excellent location. The golf course road extension enjoys seamless connectivity and falls under the high growth corridor of NCR. The urban population is increasingly looking for houses in areas boasting of contemporary designs, good connectivity, in close proximity to retail hubs, business centers. These factors have made the Golf Course road extension the prime hub of NCR.

The Group also recently brought to North India, its first iconic Trump Towers.
