Tech giant Lenovo on Tuesday (December 13) launched Halo Keyboard 2-in-1 Yoga Book in India at a price tag of Rs 49,990.

The Yoga Book comes in two versions: Android and Windows 10. At present only the Windows 10 Pro version is available in India. Lenovo said it will not introduce the Android version in the Indian market at the moment.

Lenovo said the Yoga Book is built keeping in mind the trends in computing and mobility needs of the on-the-go consumer.

Bhaskar Choudhuri, director of Marketing at Lenovo India, said: "We are sure it will redefine the computing space and offer traditional notebook, 2-in-1 and tablet buyers a first of its kind option that matches their lifestyle."

Measuring at just 9.6mm in thickness and weighing 690 grams, the Yoga Book is fitted to a 8500mAh battery which the company claims will power the device for up to 15 hours on a single charge.

Other key feature of the device is its ability to support real pen. Lenovo said that Yoga Book's dual-use stylus allows users to write and draw with pen and paper while instantly digitising their notes and sketches.

The Yoga Book features 10.1-inch full-HD IPS display, 2.4GHz Intel Atom x5-Z8550 processor, Dolby Audio, 8MP auto-focus rear camera and 2MP front camera, single nano sim slot. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and Bluetooth 4.0.
