The panellists discussed that one should take care of their body for their own holistic well being

The panel was chaired by Dr. Kiran Kaur Seth, Celebrity Dermatologists & Wellness Expert and the panel included Nmami Agarwal, Celebrity Nutritionist, Sumaya Dalmia, Founder & CEO, SUMAYA, Vesna Jacob, Holistic Fitness Guru and Mini Shashtri, Founder, Omyogashala & Yoga Teacher.

On the opening note, Dr. Kiran asked the panel that how to create a balance between the alternative medication and medical medication.

Jacob said, "There are lots of alternative approaches that you can explore but you do not completely exclude the medical approach because it has its own benefits".

Nmami Agarwal suggested that medical science and ancient wisdom should be combined together to extract the maximum benefit out of it.

Further, Dr. Kiran pointed out that nowadays a lot of people self prescribe medication like naturopathy. To which Sumaya Dalmia said that she is in favor of supplements but one should get checked, and B-12 & B-3 will really benefit Indians.

"Be it herbal or medicine, I'll say no to self-prescribing supplements. If you have a deficiency then try a proper diet that fulfills the requirement. If not, then go for prescribed supplements", said Nmami Agarwal.

The panellists further discussed about the proper diet, that one should eat what works best for them. A perfect balance diet will be the one with the perfect amount of every vitamins, minerals, carb, and nutrients.
