Government support New highways, better connectivity of roads to villages, rail lines to remote corners, more number of airports in tier-2 and -3 cities, availability of state-of-the-art warehouses at key locations are some of the requirements that need to be addressed to help this sector. Public policy should look at goods and cargo movement separately from people and passenger movement. They do not necessarily have the same attributes, and hence must be treated differently.
The team Having the right team in place is one of your greatest forms of business strengths. Even the most systemised and financially well-backed business won’t be able to grow successfully without the right team. Alignment and cultural fit, at times, become far more important than just performance because if the employee is not aligned, the performance doesn’t sustain over a long period, and it just becomes harder to grow together if there is a consistent churn or dissatisfaction.
