Tycoon Gautam Adani's total assets has soared past China's Zong Shanshan to make Adani the second richest individual in Asia, as per the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. Reliance Industries' chairman and India's richest man Mukesh Ambani in February surpassed Shanshan to be the wealthiest individual in Asia.
