Besides, there are lunch with leader sessions, open mics facilitating towards a great place to work. During such sessions, every leader dedicates a stipulated time where the employees meet a leader, discuss work, team, experiences etc. 

There is an option of internal job rotations to help prevent stagnation while fostering professional growth and charting out a  robust career path.
