He further added, “As the company grows rapidly around the world and we continue to hire new people, it’s more important for us to honour and recognise employees, who have been ‘riding the wave’ with Salesforce for years. That’s why our anniversary recognition programme is called Riding the Wave. This is our way of thanking employees for their long-term commitment to the company.”

The company launched a new podcasting platform with content curated by the development team in partnership with Sales leadership called the Salesforce Radio from the top of the dial. The Radio makes development convenient for busy salespeople on the go using their mobile devices.

Another effective practice is the meditation sessions. Employees can enjoy a technology-free area to unwind, reflect, and meditate. The company added more than 20 centres this year. They followed it up with a digital guided meditation programme that strives to make meditation easy for employees. The culture of ‘inclusiveness’ prevails at the company. There is an opportunity to learn something new every day.
