Fingent Ranked 33rd Among The Top 50 Great Mid-Size Workplaces In India

The award, based on Great Place to Work® Institute’s rigorous and objective methodology, is considered the gold standard for defining great workplaces across business, academia and government organisations.

In response to the Great Place To Work® Trust Index© Survey, an overwhelming 96% of employees have rated Fingent as a great place to work.

The company's high-scoring statements are significantly higher than the industry's average, especially for factors crucial in current times:

· Providing a safe work environment without politicking and backstabbing

· fair treatment of all employees irrespective of caste or race, and

· building a friendly workplace for all.

The world has been facing a tsunami of challenges over the past two years that severely affected the economy. In these turbulent times, being employee-centric is as crucial as being customer-centric. The company maintained salaries and did not lay off staff when business was impacted by the pandemic. It offered a flexible WFH option for all its employees and adequately sanitized the office premises. Fingent arranged a massive COVID vaccination drive for all its employees and dependents adhering to the pandemic protocols and safety regulations at its campus.
