It is so wonderful that eternal love still exists in the 21st century?
Now what makes you say that?
In India even today husbands are declaring their love in so many unusual ways.
Now you are sounding very romantic what is the reason?
Of course, once a year it is mandatory for husbands to do memorable and loving things for their wives on Valentine's Day.
Yes, yes, so what?
But now husbands are even better than Emperor Shah Jahan who built the Taj Mahal for his beloved Mumtaz.
Please explain because I am quite confused.
I heard the other day a husband organised a whole fashion week for his wife who wants to make a name for herself as a fashion designer.
Really that is so great, he must be very rich.
Not at all, he is going around looking for sponsors to turn his offering of eternal love for his wife into a reality.
Oh dear that must be difficult.
Another husband launched a national fashion council since his wife was not allowed in the existing one.
This really shows how much a husband cares for his wife's fame and fortune.
Yes, these husbands are so dedicated that they ensure that their wives are happy and successful.
Maybe now one can say that behind every successful happy wife is a rich and eternally loving husband.
That is so right, and then I heard that a husband started a whole event management conglomerate for his wife so that she could be in the limelight and win honours for all the various events she organises.
Ah, well true love knows no boundaries.
Then there is this very loving husband who started a huge fashion house for his wife since she always wanted to be featured in fashion glossies.
Wow that is so amazing.
Another husband I heard spent crores of rupees promoting his wife as an artistic connoisseur and set her up in a business with lots of publicity backing her.
What a wonderful gem of a husband.
I learnt that one husband bought the front page of the biggest publication in the country to promote his wife's singing talents.
Really what a lucky lady, was she a good singer?
Well you be the judge, she has cut a disc, which will be out soon. But I think no one can beat this husband who is the best in the world.
Why what did he do, build a palace?
No, that is so passé these days.
Okay then what did he do, which was so extraordinary.
He bought over all the print and media houses along with all the TV channels so that his wife could be promoted 24 x 7. What a brilliant idea. The love of his life will now be forever in the limelight.
I hope that this investment of his will bear some fruit financially, because his eternal love may turn into "familiarity always breeds contempt" for the viewers.
