"The power of data representation has resulted in saving revenue and consequently, creating higher index of happiness," said Goenka.
The 'smart push' that we need is not limited to free WiFi but the prediction that one can make towards the upcoming problems and their solutions. "Can we predict the upcoming defects in car sheds of trains, in the monthly damages," asks Goenka. The forecasting of defects would definitely save a lot of money and time. IRCTC was formulated after interpreting the data conceived from the various analysts.
