Delhi To Host The NASSCOM Foundation CSR Leadership Conference 2018

NASSCOM Foundation today, announced that it will host India’s largest IT-BPM industry-specific CSR conferences – The CSR Leadership Conference 2018, in New Delhi on the 14th of March 2018 at The Eros Hotel, Nehru Place.
The event will bring over 300 CxOs and CSR heads of leading companies from across the industry, NGO leads from all over India, Government officials, Tech4Good champions and social innovators under one roof to discuss new approaches to CSR in the wake of the fast-growing economy and shifting demographical needs, and help create a roadmap to a new, developed India.
This year, the CSR Leadership Conference (CLC) with NTT DATA as platinum sponsor, will touch upon new intervention areas like Child Online Protection and will discuss other topical themes and innovative ways of making the development ecosystem better, more impactful and efficient. In this process, the CLC will deep dive into Emerging Technologies in Development, Catalysing Gender Equality – Hosted by Change Alliance, Making CSR Count in Combatting Environmental Challenges, New Frontiers in Med-Tech and Community Development Initiatives in the form of panel discussions and impact talks.
This year, the CLC will also play host a number of eminent speakers like Ramanan Ramanathan, Atal Innovation Mission; Moutushi Sengupta, India Head, MacAurthur Foundation; Leonardo Ortiz Villacorta, Director, Global Field Empowerment, Microsoft Philanthropies; and Harsh Vinayak, Senior Vice President, NTT DATA who will participate in a power-packed panel discussion on Digital Transformation and Sustainable Development Goals , moderated by Anurag Batra, Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of BusinessWorld – the Conference Media Partner.
The CLC will attempt to address all monitoring, reporting, impact measurement and management issues that CSR leads often face with a masterclass, hosted by the Knowledge Partner – Goodera, titled ‘From Monitoring and Reporting to Measurement and Management of Impact’.
In this digital age, NGOs are often not able to fully leverage web and mobile based platforms to showcase their good work and create new channels for fundraising and other forms of volunteerism. Social Samosa will share their digital marketing expertise to help NGOs use digital platforms to tell their stories in an impactful and effective manner.
The CLC will not limit itself to discussing new technologies for social good, but will go a step further by helping them formulate better, more efficient and innovative project management strategies using Human Centred Design Thinking concepts through a masterclass conducted by BBC Media Action (India) Limited.
The CLC will have on showcase, tech-based social innovations from Haqdarshak, StrataEnviro Pvt. Ltd, Danamojo, Barefoot College and Eko Financial.
