DailyObjects, an online brand in lifestyle accessories, has launched a new range of elegantly designed handcrafted cotton masks. From raw material and design collaboration to production, these masks are 100% Made in India.
With the Covid-19 pandemic persisting, face masks are now the most essential part of our daily ensemble. Keeping this necessity in mind DailyObjects has launched a new range of elegantly designed Face Masks that can elevate the style while providing the necessary protection. The masks adorn block print designs such as stripes, polkas, solids in tasteful colors which basically go well with everything. All masks are reversible so one can enjoy the benefit of two colors in a single mask. All in all, users can choose from 3 different mask styles - Loop, Knot, and Bandana and a range of classic playful patterns and colors. There is a separate category available for kids.
Protection and Comfort: Hand-crafted from pure cotton, these masks are soft and comfortable on the skin. Naturally breathable and airy the fabric absorbs sweat and keeps feeling cool and fresh. In this case, the fabric weave acts as a mechanical barrier for the germs, while the inner double-gauze layer is for added protection.
Sustainable Alternative: In the aftermath of this pandemic, disposable mask waste poses a significant threat to our environment. While single-use masks are increasing plastic waste around the world, these Face Masks can be re-used with a single wash. These Face Masks are natural, reusable, and can last in the wardrobe forever.
Pankaj Garg, CEO & Founder, DailyObjects stated, "Self-reliance is the way forward and DailyObjects is proud to present a range of essential product which is 100% indigenous and supports employment for our fellow artisans.”
‘Local’ Design Co-lab:
From the germination of the idea to execution, all steps got executed within a small community in Gurugram.
With the idea of making sustainable and locally manufactured Face Masks, DailyObjects’ co-founder, Pankaj Garg reached out to a friend and neighbor, Sandeep during the lock-down days. Sandeep who is the founder of Eon Clothing Company and has over 20 years of experience over working with Japanese and European aesthetic sensibilities and providing clients with textile research and development services, was excited to be on-board and soon became the creative force behind the idea. Sandeep brought his genius, craft, and textile knowledge and after rounds of prototyping, they together developed three mask styles that offer comfort apart from adorning genuinely beautiful block-print designs.
