Black pepper weakens in listless trade

Mumbai, Apr 16 (PTI) Black pepper rd weakened further in an otherwise listless spices market here today on subdued demand from stockists and retailers.

Copra office alappuzha and copra office kozhikode market remained closed today.

Rest of the spices ruled steady in the absence of any large-scale buying activity.

Black pepper rd eased by Rs 5/5 per kg to Rs 380/435 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 385/440.
