How to reach out to SBI Customer Care?

There are multiple ways through which you can connect with a representative from the SBI customer care team. Some of the ways are mentioned below:

1. Call Directly: This is the best way to quickly resolve your queries about SBI credit cards. You can dial the toll-free number (1800 180 1290) or call 39020202; you just have to enter your city’s STD code as a prefix before this number. You will be connected to an SBI credit card customer care executive from your city.

2. Missed Call Services: This is the best way if you want to avoid the waiting time by being put on hold. You can register for the missed call service offered by the bank. Most of your SBI credit card information can be found by just giving a missed call to any of the following numbers. To know your balance, give a missed call on 8422845512, to know about the reward points, dial 8422845514. Likewise, to check the payment status, give a missed call on 8422845515, and to see your card limit, dial 8422845513. The information for which you gave a missed call will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.

3. SMS Services: You can also inquire about your SBI credit card by simply sending an SMS on 5676791 from your registered mobile number. To inquire about the balance, type BAL with the last 4 digits of your card, and to block your card, type BLOCK with the last 4 digits of your card. Likewise, to know about the limit, type Avail with the last 4 digits, and to know the payment status, type PAYMENT with the last 4 digits of your SBI credit card.

4. Email: You can also write an email to the SBI customer care team. You can connect with the SBI credit card customer care team at [email protected]

5. Social Media: Everyone is on social media these days, even the public sector banks. All your queries regarding credit cards can be answered on SBI’s Twitter handle. The Twitter handle is @SBICard Connect. After you tweet, someone from the customer care team will contact you to solve your problem related to the SBI credit card.

6. Offline: In this mode, you will have to physically visit the nearest SBI branch or zonal office to seek assistance on your queries. You can also write a letter to the Manager of Customer Services with all your details and post it to the following address: SBI Cards & Payment Services Ltd.
