Delegation and Empowerment are very different where delegation is aligning them to do your job and empowering is aligning them to do their jobs. Leaders like people doing their jobs rather than people doing their jobs because of their matter of insecurities. The chairs, positions, corner rooms, first-class travel we keep on pushing below and people to work under us and listen to our orders.
